How To Love Your Life Now!

I am so excited about this blog post.  Right now I am actually in the Alps skiing – something I couldn’t do 3 years ago!  I have pre-recorded this blog and set a timer on my website and social networking sites to release it today – something I didn’t know how to do 6 months ago!

This is an anniversary holiday of sorts.  3 years ago I was on the verge of handing my notice in at a job which was offering me security and a future, but was negatively impacting the rest of my life on almost every level.

I was so confused and scared about leaving, even though I new in my heart it was the right thing for me.  Taking that step terrified me.  I desperately wanted, needed, to get away and have a break.

None of my friends were available to go away, just when I needed it most – something very strange happened ….

The right advert popped up on my screen for solo skiing holiday.  And I booked.

So my challenge for you to help you love your life now is this.

Write down at least three things that you are truly grateful for and spend a moment thinking about why you are grateful for them.  Do this every day for a week and I am positive you will feel a whole lot better about your life.
