Join me for this energising and rejuvenating yoga retreat weekend.  Our focus will be on Vinyasa, matching our breath with our movements and sun salutations.  We will be moving slowly, learning the postures with care and attention.  There will be plenty of restful moments and deep relaxation practices.  Pranayama, bandhas, mudras, mantras and meditations are also included for a well rounded weekend!

Brunch is included on the Saturday and Sunday mornings.

This is to pay the £99 deposit and secure your spot for the Vinyasa Yoga Weekend 1-3 May 2020. The remaining balance of £100 will be invoiced to you for payment before the weekend.

If you are booking this in the evening or over the weekend please allow me an extra working day to reply.  I will pop you a confirmation of booking to the email you provide when booking here so please do make sure you are giving an email address you use and check the spam!  Extra information and invoice will be provided in due course.
