The Whole Heart of a Woman Weekend

Imagine you have escaped for a romantic Valentine‘s weekend away… just for yourself in a luxury barn conversion, in the Heart of Wales, overlooking hills and farmland.

Here you find yourself with an amazing group of women for a glorious weekend of yoga, meditation, nature, laughter and love. We will be connecting with our divine selves, for inner love and to empower our spirits in a safe and supportive environment. You will leave our weekend together feeling uplifted and loved.

Why should you join us?

Wouldn’t it be energizing to meet new people, who value you as a woman regardless of your relationship status?

Get ready to embrace yourself!  We will spend time each day with positive uplifting exercises and practices that reaffirm how important it is to honour and follow our instinct, to live a guilt free life of creativity and love.

How would it feel…

  • to really understand and OWN your value?
  • to exercise your power in your decision making and to feel confident when asserting yourself?
  • to really live from your centre with love and respect?
  • to explore just how perfect you already are with some fun new practices?

Our daily yoga practice will explore how mudras, meditations, mantras and pranayama’s work alongside our asana postures to bring a greater self-awareness and confidence to our everyday life.  They will help you access a much deeper self-awareness and self-appreciation.

Our Love Nest…

Llandrindod Wells, nestled in the middle of Wales, this Victorian Spa Town boasts independent shops, bistros and even an award winning micro pub.  Take a deeper look and it’s also an energetic and natural wonderland of un-spoilt green landscape, prehistoric burial mounds and standing stones, natural healing wells, with miles and miles of rambling opportunities.  A truely beautiful mix of ancient and new.

Brynhir Farm is situated in Howey, just outside Llandrindod Wells.  It offers award winning farmhouse accomodation  In an ancient, character filled, luxury farmhouse, a relaxed and friendly atmosphere greets you.

We will be calling the luxury converted barn on the farm our home for the weekend.  Beautifully furnished it is light and airy, and will make a perfect studio space for our ‘inside time’.  The balcony also offers a hottub for night time star gazing with a difference!

The Venue.

Completely secluded in its own mountain valley, the farm offers unique feeling of peace and quiet for guests at all times.

Boasting exceptional standards, the farm has been run by the Nixon family for over sixty years and extends to approximately 300 acres. The hill farm has some of the best view-points in Radnorshire, especially from the hill overlooking the house which rises to 1,200 feet. To the south peaceful walks by the small stream can be enjoyed; Pied Flycatchers, Redstarts, Buzzards, Barn Owls and Herons can be seen close by.

This is a rural idyll less than an hour from Hereford, a 10 minute drive from Llandrindod Wells train station connecting you to Shrewsbury and Swansea.

Indeed, you can walk from the farm in any direction to connect with the nature surrounding us.  Trees, water, grass and sky.  Feel yourself unwinding and breath into this space.  You deserve it!

2 Guest Bedrooms are appointed in the barn, and further accommodation for the group is in the farmhouse itself.  With views of the surrounding farmland and hills.  The atmosphere is relaxed, traditional and understated quality.

To set you up for the day Ceinwen’s famous full Welsh breakfast is included!

Our ‘outside time’ will take in the beauty of the surrounding hills, woodland and lake.  If the weather is good we will take to the hillside (or top!) for some of our yoga practice.

Only a couple of miles out of Llandrindod, it also offers free parking.

The Food!

A selection of breakfast options is available at The Farm House each morning.

Friday and Saturday’s evening meals will be provided by our local bistro Sugar and Spice. Jess and her husband Paul lovingly create home-made culinary delights.

Using quality seasonal and local produce they will deliver our vegetarian feasts to the Barn.  Puddings will be included to fuel the walking we will be doing!

You have special dietary requirements? Don’t worry, let me know when you book and I can let Ceirwen and Jess know. I can double check anything you need clarifying before we go too.
